Licensed clinicians Internship program

We’re currently hiring

Fully licensed clinicians.

We provide a collaborative, inclusive, and trauma-informed environment where clinicians can build a thriving caseload while maintaining a healthy work-life balance — helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families achieve emotional wellness.

Who we’re seeking

Fully licensed clinicians — LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist Bilingual clinicians (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply

Preferred training (not required)

EMDR Brainspotting Somatic Experiencing Internal Family Systems (IFS) Trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches

Internship program

Great clinicians are developed through quality training, meaningful mentorship, and real-world experience. Our program helps graduate counseling and social work students build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and prepare for a successful career.

Who we’re looking for

Graduate students enrolled in accredited programs, including:

Clinical Mental Health Counseling Social Work (MSW) Marriage and Family Therapy Other behavioral health graduate programs requiring clinical internships

Bilingual (English/Spanish) students are highly encouraged to apply.
